Abstract: 
On November 7-8, 2006, the Financial Action Task Force (FATF) convened a meeting with gatekeepers from over 40 organizations, including bar and accounting associations and representatives of trust and company service providers (TCSPs). Richard Chalmers, Advisor on Offshore Financial Centers and International Policy Coordination and EU Affairs, Financial Services Authority (FSA) and John Carlson (JC), Principal Administrator, FATF and a Canadian attorney, were the principal architects of the meeting.
