European Parliament Approves New Directive on the Freezing and Confiscation of Proceeds of Crime

On February 25, 2014, the European Parliament (EP) adopted its legislative resolution whereby it approved the draft directive of the European Parliament and of the Council on the freezing and confiscation of instrumentalities and proceeds of crime in the European Union.
