European Human Rights Court Upholds Swiss Transfer of UBS Bank Data to the U.S.

In G.S.B.  v. Switzerland, the European Court of Human Rights, the Court held unanimously, that there had been: no violation of Article 8 of the European Human Rights Convention (EHRC) (right to respect for private and family life); and no violation of Art. 14 of the Convention (prohibition of discrimination) taken in conjunction with the provisions of Art. 8.
