Court Dismisses DOJ FARA Action against Steve Wynn as China Agent

On October 12, 2022, U.S. District Judge James E. Boasberg of the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia dismissed the civil action brought by the United States Department of Justice (DOJ) against Stephen A. Wynn, whereby the DOJ sought an injunction forcing him to register as such under the Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA).
