Abstract: 
On August 8, the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit upheld the decision exempting from the Right to Financial Privacy Act (RFPA) letters rogatory, but modified the dismissal of claims against the Chemical Bank without prejudice, so that the bank customers could renew their claims in state court.
