At its meeting on May 30, 2017, the Standing Committee acting on behalf of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE), adopted its Opinion on the Draft protocol amending the Additional Protocol to the Convention on the Transfer of Sentenced Persons (ETS No. 167).
