Council of Europe Has Endorsed Action Plan on Transnational Organized Crime

At its 69th plenary session on December 1-4, 2015, in  Strasbourg, the Council of Europe’s (CoE) European Committee on Crime Problems (CDPC) has decided to approve the draft Action Plan on Transnational Organized Crime (TOC) drafted by its scientific experts. Furthermore, the Committee decided to set up a sub-group responsible for the overseeing of the Action Plan’s progress and to instruct the Secretariat to transmit the Action Plan to the Committee of Ministers for its adoption.
