At its 34th sitting held on October 12, 2016, the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) adopted a Resolution on cooperation with the International Criminal Court (ICC or the Court). The debate and resolution were based on a comprehensive Report prepared by the Committee on Legal Affairs and Human Rights.
