Abstract:
At its 21st sitting held on June 23, 2015, the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) adopted a Resolution and Recommendation on the protection of whistleblowers. The debate as well as recommendation and resolution were based on a Report prepared by the Committee on Legal Affairs and Human Rights.[2]
