Abstract:

At its 1541^st meeting, on October 22, 2025, the Committee of Ministers approved the draft Convention establishing an International Claims Commission for Ukraine. The ministers decided to adopt and open for signature on the occasion of a Diplomatic Conference to be held in The Hague (Netherlands) on December 15 and 16, 2025.
