Abstract: 
At the end of July, a parliamentary commission in Costa Rica concluded its investigation into the nation's problems resulting from international narcotics trafficking.  It presented a report that points to Costa Rican and foreign personalities with involvment in this business and recommended legislation against money laundering and corruption.
