Abstract: 
On August 29, 2013, United States Attorney for the Southern District of Florida Mark R. Touville and other law enforcement officials announced the extradition of Diego Perez Henao, a/k/a “Diego Rastrojo.”  Perez Henao, 42 years of age and a Colombia national, had been in custody awaiting extradition since his detention in Venezuela in June 2012. After Venezuela deported him to Colombia, the latter extradited him on August 28, 2013.  He made his initial appearance in U.S. District court in Miami on August 29, 2013.[1]
