Abstract: 
On September 2-4, the representatives of the thirteen member Caribbean Common Market and Community (CARICOM) and Suriname met and discussed a joint approach to reduce the supply and use of illicit drugs at a meeting in Trinidad and Tobago.  The meeting was the first of officials responsible for the supervision and coordination of national drug control programs.
