Abstract:
On July 19, 2004, Hassan Jallow, the Chief Prosecutor for the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda (ICTR), announced that the South African police had arrested and surrendered to the Tribunal Mr. Gaspard Kanyarukiga, 54, a Rwandan businessman suspected of having played an important role in Rwanda's 1994 genocide.
