Abstract:
On September 8-12, 1987, the Inter-American Drug Abuse Control Commission (CICAD) held its second regular session. From its first annual report and from the conduct of the meetings, it appears that CICAD has proposed and even begun work on programs with potential to have a significant impact on international criminal enforcement of illicit trafficking in drugs.
