Abstract: 
On October 21, 1988, Congress passed a compromise version of the Anti-Drug Abuse Act of 1988, also commonly known as the Omnibus Drug Bill II.  A review of the money-laundering provisions, especially those that may affect international transactions and international cooperation, are discussed above.
