Jorge Nemr

Jorge Nemr graduated from the University of São Paulo law school and completed post-graduate studies at Getúlio Vargas Foundation (FGV/SP), specializing in administrative, commercial, and international law. He is a member of the Law Firms' Committee of the Brazilian Bar Association, Section São Paulo, a member of the Committee of Competition Law and International Trade of the IASP (São Paulo Lawyers Institute), a member and advisor of the ICLA (International Criminal Law Association), a member of the IBA (International Bar Association) as a Latin American Chair of the Committee 10 (Practice Management and Technology), and a member of the Committees of Legislation, Telecommunications and Environment of the American Chamber of Commerce and of the Committee of Support to Export of CESA - Center of Studies of Lawyers' Firms.

Mr. Nemr has published articles on international law in a number of magazines and journals, including the International Enforcement Law Reporter.
