"On July 29, 2008, Josephine Mukazitoni, the spouse of alleged genocide fugitive Felicien Kabuga, asked Kenya’s High Court to overturn an order freezing the couple’s local assets..
Ms. Mukazitoni, who resides in Belgium, pled with the Court that the Kenyan government did not have the right to act on behalf of the International Criminal Tribunal in Rwanda.
